Return and Refund Policy

At Zova-Fashion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

To arrange a return, please contact our customer service department at info@zova-fashion.nl, stating your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Please note that the following conditions apply to returns:

Cancellation: Cancellation of an order must be made within 24 hours of placing your order.

Return shipping costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of returns, unless the item is defective or does not match the description.

Return label: Customers are responsible for printing the return label.

Refund: You will receive your refund within 30 days of receipt of the returned item, based on the original payment method.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@zova-fashion.nl with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us at info@zova-fashion.nl, stating your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange. We will then provide you with instructions on how to exchange the item.
